NOTICE OF MEETING FORT BEND COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT - BOARD OF DIRECTORS SECOND FLOOR, FORT BEND COUNTY COURTHOUSE 401 JACKSON STREET, RICHMOND, TEXAS TUESDAY, JANUARY 24, 2023 1:00 P.M. AGENDA


1.					Call to Order.

2.					Approve minutes of meeting held on January 10, 2023.

3.					Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $2,520 from Operating Supplies & Materials into Information Technology to allocate additional funds needed for purchase of office equipment for field employees of the Drainage District Maintenance Department.

4.					Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $230 from Operating Supplies & Materials into Information Technologies to allocate additional funds needed for purchase of office equipment for Drainage District Surveyor's office.

5.					Record into the minutes the Annual Report of Eminent Domain Authority, submitted as required under Senate Bill 1812, detailing the authority of Fort Bend County Drainage District to exercise the power of Eminent Domain in Texas.

6.					Take all appropriate action on request to purchase one (1) Kenworth Dump Truck from Performance Truck, utilizing Buy Board Contract No. 601-19 in amount not to exceed $199,985. (Fund: Advanced Funding Resolution/Certificates of Obligation)

7.					Take all appropriate action on reappointment of Pamela Gubbels as Fort Bend County Drainage District representative to the Board of Directors of City of Sugar Land Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No. 4 for a two-year term effective through December 31, 2024.

8.					Adjournment.
