NOTICE OF MEETING FORT BEND COUNTY ASSISTANCE DISTRICT NO. 7 - BOARD OF DIRECTORS SECOND FLOOR, FORT BEND COUNTY COURTHOUSE 401 JACKSON STREET, RICHMOND, TEXAS TUESDAY, JANUARY 10, 2023 1:00 PM AGENDA


1.					Call to Order.

2.					Approve Minutes of meeting held on January 3, 2023.

3.					Take all appropriate action on the Interlocal Motorcycle Deputy Agreement for Additional Law Enforcement Services between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Assistance District No. 7 with services to be provided by the Office of Constable Precinct 1 for six (6) Contract Deputies to which payment will be split equally amongst the participating districts (i.e nineteen percent between County Assistance District Nos. 1, 7, 9, 10, and 11), effective through September 30, 2023.

4.					Take all appropriate action on the Interlocal Motorcycle Deputy Agreement for Additional Law Enforcement Services between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Assistance District No. 7 with services to be provided by the Office of Constable Precinct 1 for one (1) Contract Deputy to which payment will be split equally amongst the participating districts (i.e fifty percent between County Assistance District Nos. 7 and 10), effective through September 30, 2023.
