BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this 24TH DAY of JANUARY, 2023, The Drainage District Board of Fort Bend County, Texas, met at a scheduled meeting with the following present:

Take all appropriate action on request to transfer the amount of $2,520 from Operating Supplies & Materials into Information Technology to allocate additional funds needed for purchase of office equipment for field employees of the Drainage District Maintenance Department.

5.   Record into the minutes the Annual Report of Eminent Domain Authority, submitted as required under Senate Bill 1812, detailing the authority of Fort Bend County Drainage District to exercise the power of Eminent Domain in Texas.

Duly put and unanimously carried (5-0), it is ordered to approve the Annual Report of Eminent Domain Authority, submitted as required under Senate Bill 1812, detailing the authority of Fort Bend County Drainage District to exercise the power of Eminent Domain in Texas.
