Take all appropriate action on the Interlocal Motorcycle Deputy Agreement for Additional Law Enforcement Services between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Assistance District
No. 10 with services to be provided by the Office of Constable Precinct 1 for six (6) Contract Deputies to which payment will be split equally amongst the participating; districts (i.e nineteen percent between County Assistance District Nos. 1, 7, 9, 10, and 11), effective through
September 30, 2023.

Duly put and unanimously carried (5-0), it is ordered to approve the Interlocal Motorcycle Deputy Agreement for Additional Law Enforcement Services between Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Assistance District No. 10 with services to be provided by the Office of Constable Precinct 1 for six (6) Contract Deputies (corrected to read: one (1) Contract Deputy) to which payment will be split equally amongst the participating; districts (i.e nineteen percent between County Assistance District Nos. 1, 7, 9, 10, and 11), effective through September 30, 2023.
