BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this 7TH DAY of MARCH, 2023, The Drainage District Board of Fort Bend County, Texas, met at a scheduled meeting with the following present:

Take all appropriate action on the re-appointment of Thomasine Johnson to the Board of Directors of Missouri City Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number 2 representing the Fort Bend County Drainage District.

Duly put and unanimously carried (5-0), it is ordered to approve the re-appointment of Thomasine Johnson to the Board of Directors of Missouri City Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number 2 representing the Fort Bend County Drainage District.
