NOTICE OF MEETING FORT BEND COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT - BOARD OF DIRECTORS SECOND FLOOR, FORT BEND COUNTY COURTHOUSE 401 JACKSON STREET, RICHMOND, TEXAS TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2023 1:00 P.M. AGENDA

1.					Call to Order.
2.					Approve minutes of meeting held on January 24, 2023.
3.					Take all appropriate action on appointment of Tia Manteca-Reed as Drainage District Representative to the Missouri City Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Board No. 3 for the unexpired term of David Sepulveda effective February 7, 2023.
4.					Take all appropriate action on First Amendment to Agreement between Fort Bend County Drainage District and William Marsh Rice University, for the extension of time of performance for County-Wide Watershed Study Submittals, with no change in compensation effective through May 31, 2023.
5.					Take all appropriate action on Agreement between Fort Bend County Drainage District and Greater Fort Bend Economic Development Council for professional services regarding flood risk consulting in an amount not to exceed $76,000 effective through July 31, 2023. (Fund: Drainage District)
6.					Take all appropriate action on request for transfer in the amount of $850,000 from Flood Contingency into 2023 Willow Fork Repair and Maintenance Project No. 23002x and Flat Bank Creek Erosion Project No. 19019 to allocate additional funding for the Flat Bank Creek Erosion, Project No. 19019.
7.					Take all appropriate action on request for Historic Site Property Tax Exemption from the Drainage District Fund for Darst Home, located at 300 South 9th Street in Richmond, Texas for tax year 2023.
8.					Take all appropriate action on request for Historic Site Property Tax Exemption from the Drainage District Fund for the Simonton School located at 34935 FM 1093 in Simonton, Texas for tax year 2023.
9.					Adjournment.
